Sophia’s POV

Soon it was morning and it was time for us to start a new journey together. I held onto Lucas’s hand as the event that happened yesterday night kept replaying in my head and I don’t seem to think straight.

“So do you want to tell me about what really happened?” I asked about the vortex and all that. He smiled and tapped on my nose lightly as he looked ahead.

He kept silent for a while before he started telling me what exactly happened. From the destroyer to how they came out but I felt he was hiding something.

“What about James? What happened to him?” I asked.

“He hasn’t told me about how he went. Maybe he doesn’t want 7o talk about it,” He shrugged and my lips curled into an ‘o’.

I stared at James who was already giving Camilla a flattering looks. I shook my head at this as we kept on walking.

“Aren’t you tired!? She doesn’t want you!” Lily said angrily, feeling slightly irritated.
