Chapter 18. Before Dinner

Carmela’s POV

I went out of the bathroom feeling cleaned and refreshed, when the sight of more than a dozen dresses inside the room surprised me. They were elegantly hanged in two rails with Cory and Claire standing on the side.

“Hi Luna! Please take your pick with the clothes that Alpha Jack sent for the Royal dinner this evening.” Claire’s smile is excited while Cory stayed silent eyeing me with shyness and something like admiration in her dark eyes.

“Uhm, is this really necessary?” I snorted and face myself at the full body mirror that I only noticed for the first time.
