Chapter 23. Mate’s Bond

Carmela’s POV

I felt the slight pain in my chest as my mind and my heart shouted his name Alpha Jack! I wanted him. I need to feel his touch, now my thoughts have changed. I think it doesn’t matter that he had turned me into a wolf! It won’t matter if I even become his bitch.

If that would mean I could have him and be with him for as long as I want then everything will be alright.

The feeling just blossomed in my heart, I have no control over it. I don’t remember getting angry with him anymore or even being upset about my current predicament. What I feel for him now is something I have not yet a name for. But one thing I know the moment I opened my eyes, everything about being with him just feels so right.

I looked at him with my eyes a little misty and pleading I needed him to hug me. I want to feel his warmth, the heat of his arms should wrap around me and fill me up with his scent. His eyes turned to me and I let out a loud whimper.
