Chapter 36. Ramsey

At first I totally ignored the person because I didn’t know anyone here and I knew that no one from home would come to see me. Just before we finally entered the hall, I looked towards the direction of the person again to be sure I wasn’t hallucinating and true enough the person was still waving frantically at me.

Someone was standing right in front of the person and at that moment the person stepped aside, and I finally saw the face of the person waving at me. I almost screamed out loud in shock. It was my best friend, Ramsey.

The king led me into the hall and we were settled down into two different thrones. A crown was placed on my head and one of the men tried to encourage me to receive greetings and gifts from the guest, but I wasn’t interested. My eyes went straight to the door and I kept looking to see if Ramey would come to the hall and true enough he came. I couldn’t hold back the tears
