I didn't believe a year could change the world I once knew. Everywhere seemed so different to me. Having stayed in Lyxant for a year made Earth seem unusual. I'd gotten used to seeing guards patrolling the perimeters in their wolf form, that I forgot Earth was for humans. It took some hours to get accustomed to the sound of vehicles, one I hadn't heard in months.

We made a trip to the park, and I had to cover Aria's head with a cap, to avoid getting unwanted stares at us should the humans discover her strange hair. Strange how I was calling them humans like my mates did when I first met them.
