Chapter 189

BELLA

While my mates went inside the house, I walked towards the gates. I had to change out of the clothes I was wearing. As I couldn't recall what I wore that day, and didn't want to ask my mates about it, I wore black slacks and a floral shirt.

Letting out a breath, I looked around the place I'd gotten familiar with. It didn't seem as eerie as it was on the first day I showed up here. Having gotten used to it, I recognized what to expect. 

Clutching my pepper spray and my purse, I walked towards the door. The thrill of what was going to happen made me gulp. I was so damned excited about tonight.

At the door, I rapped softly on it. When I didn't get a response, I pushed it open, looking in as I called out. "Hello? Is there anyone here?!?

I glanced around before I pushed the door fully open. I stepped in, and it slammed shut behind me, something it stopped doing when I told my mates how much it scared me. 

I yelped. It wasn't a fake one.
