Chapter 103. These Are All Yours!

Alexa could not get what happened out of her mind and decided to pay Myles a visit that weekend. She got her sitter to stay with her pups and she went off, her intention was to get back early.

As she was about to leave, her phone rang. It was Dr. Arnold. “Hello doctor!” she greeted. “You didn’t come to check up on Landon like you promised!”

“That is the reason I am calling,” Dr. Arnold said. “Something came up and I had to travel to the states,” he explained. “I wanted to call and inform you but it escaped my memory and his I’ll health was not really a serious issue, so I thought, I’d visit when I got back! How is he feeling though?” he asked.

“Very well. He has not complained of any I’ll health or weakness since then but he has been asking about you and that is pretty odd!”

“Children get attached to the doctors who treat them well and he must have heard you speaking good of me and that’s why he seems to trust me. Trust is what makes pups like their doctors!
