“Lycan King,” Samuel said. “Have you told Miss Palmer she is your mate?”

Hector was jerked out of his reverie. He had been thinking about all that happened at the company that morning. He recalled how he had tried to bring the mob under control and when it was proving useless, he had started feeling his patience slipping until an intoxicating scent assaulted his senses and he looked in the direction where the smell was emanating and saw her, walking majestically towards him.
