When we arrived at the prison, Walter was already waiting impatiently for us with his hands deep in his pockets. He paced restlessly back and forth while a visible frown adorned his forehead, mumbling various things under his breath.

Relief washed over him as he saw the car approaching.

He ran to the door, flung it wide open and offered me his hand to help me exit.

“Cissy, Eon suddenly wants to talk to you,” he explained. “Do you know what it's about? The guard said that Sage Nicolas visited him half an hour ago and after he left, Eon became extremely agitated. The Sage must have said something to him that inflamed his anger.”

“It's best to hear him out and talk to the Sage later,” I suggested. "When you took Eon out of the courtroom a few hours ago, he acted confident. It is possible that something significant occurred during his discussion with the Sage for him to contact me
