Normani

I felt someone caressing the side of my face. The touch was gentle, and it pleased me. I nuzzled my face in the hand and sighed in content.

“Mani, wake up. We have arrived,” the voice said. But I didn’t bother making any attempt to wake up. I heard someone sigh and felt myself getting picked up. The person carrying me was strong, and his grip didn’t falter even for a second.

I felt myself being carried for some time before I was finally set on something made of clouts. I just smuggled in the warmth and fell back asleep.

When I woke up and noticed I was in a car, at the entrance of a luxury hotel.

“Finally, you’re awake,” Sin said, combing his hand through my hair. “Wait here.” He says, giving me a smile as he opens the car door, walking over to the other side of the car before pulling it open.

He brought a hand forward for me to take, and I did, placing my hand on his, getting out of the car. His strong arm wrapped around my waist,
