KIERA STEVENS’S POV

Luca was dragging me fast. Our legs banged few times but he didn’t even wait a second to slow down. I was being dragged away by this man cluelessly. I shouted, squeezing past the leaving crowd,

“Wait… Wait… At least tell me… Why the fuck we are running? My son is out there.”

He didn’t stop for a bit. His jaw was tickling in anger after he dragged me away from our previous spot. His expression told like there had some serious issues going on which he didn’t tell me. I hated to be stay in dark all my life. Midway, I shoved his arms off angrily, shouting my words out,

“I am not going anywhere unless you tell me what the fuck is going on!”

He had no choice but to pause between his steps. Glaring back at me, he spat through his gritted teeth,

“If we stay here any longer, we might die. Do you believe that? So follow me without questioning.”
