“Alone!”

This one single word echoed from the speaker as soon as I arrived in front of his private building. I knew that he had control over this building. My man couldn’t defeat his team. I had to fly back immediately as soon as David confirmed that their cars had the symbol of broken wings.

In the Mafias, each group had their own protocols, codes and rules. As the ruler, I had to learn each and every single thing about them. Marcello wanted to see me alone. Although, David wasn’t willing, I had to pass my order through my gritted teeth,

“LEAVE…”

“But Luca…” David opposed, knowing how risky it was for me to enter alone. But I couldn’t leave my girl alone to those monsters. If something happened to her, I would bury every single one of them alive.
