KIERA STEVENS’S POV
“How is she doing?” Luca asked the doctor, barely in the whisper. I saw the fear in his eyes. I knew that apart from us, he cared for his sister the most. And his guilt was eating him alive every day. Nothing could be more painful than feeling the guilt in your heart.
Sister Ainslen had fainted after causing a ruckus to the house. She was always shouting and breaking stuff which made her exhausted. The maids said that she never acted so violent before this ever. I wondered what was the reason behind this.
The doctor let out a helpless sigh, standing up to face Luca,
