Chapter 17

But to Liam's surprise, when he shook his head, the security guard became even more displeased and snapped, "Do you know what kind of place this is? Our hotel isn’t just for anyone to walk in. No reservation, no entry. Go make a reservation first."

"No reservation, no entry? Who gave you that authority?"

Liam's expression finally darkened.

For a hotel, the quality of its security staff is an absolutely crucial aspect.

These individuals are essentially the face of the hotel in some sense, often being the first and last point of contact with guests.

Yet, Leap Hotel's two security guards were so rude, which greatly harmed the hotel's image. If Liam had been a guest today, this scene alone would have left him with a very negative impression.

Even if he didn’t confront them on the spot, he would likely turn around and leave, never to return.

"Why do you care? Who do you think you are?"

The security guard snorted even more impatiently.
