Anselm Miller also began to frown at Theophilus, gravely saying: "Theophilus, Dulcie promoted you to assistant director so you could help and watch over her work. How could you be so careless?"
"Oh, what did I tell you before?" Ariel sighed deeply: "I had said Theophilus was useless, that he shouldn't be Dulcie's assistant. Was I not right? He's of no help at all, while Dulcie is breaking her back every day researching gems, and he can't even look after one item. What good is he?"
Ariel's anger flared as she spoke: "I've even heard that Theophilus boasted in front of all the senior leaders of the company that King World would appear at the exhibition tomorrow. Doesn't he realize how serious this is? He's just a disaster!"
"Mom, don't be angry." Dulcie tried to calm her: "It's not as serious as you think."
"Not serious?" Ariel was so frustrat
