Several of his black-suited subordinates immediately led six men in vests out from a small room in the factory, all of them Richard’s associates who had previously been sent to Radiant Harbor to capture Rat.

Egbert took a sip of tea, speaking coldly: "Take your men back. Your dozens of men outside are getting restless.
