"Mr. Gary? How could you let him act so recklessly in Radiant Harbor? Although Theophilus is formidable in Radiant Harbor, he still must abide by our rules." Marshall's tone hardened.

"Should I get someone from the political and legal system, and security organization to find a reason, then expel him from Radiant Harbor?" Marshall inquired.
