Gabbie POV

Kade caressed my middle with his fingertips. His face pressed against my cheek and my body curled up against his. No one bothered us last night. I was still in the lion’s den, but I didn’t plan on being a prisoner in the Alpha castle. If Alex hadn’t come to his senses, I wouldn’t be able to stay here. Would I be safe back home? Alex had more power there.
