Chapter 62. Intruder or a Friend?

I took my mobile and was about to call Ryan when I saw lily coming towards us from the woods. She seemed distracted by something because when she saw us, she got startled and fell on her butt.

"Are you alright?" I asked her and helped her in getting up.

"Yeah, sorry, I was tired and sleepy", she apologised and looked at Ethan and then at me "it seems like she accepted your apology," she said to Ethan, and I already did not like the topic of our conversation. I was about to say something when the wind blew, and suddenly, I smelled the scent of Ryan on Lily's body... {What the fuck was that?}

"I tried, but I think I am late," Ethan told her, and she looked at me... {why did I smelt Ryan's scent on her?}

"You know you should think about this matter seriously" ... {I have many matters to take seriously right now.}

"What are you doing here late at night, lily?" I asked her, and I could hear her heartbeat spiking on this ... {I surely need to find out what she is up
