Book 4: Uncontrollable Urges

Sydney's POV

The moment we entered the hotel, his phone buzzed with an incoming call. “Damn! Andrea’s calling me. How did she know we’re in the city?” He gave me a helpless look before accepting the call.

I went away towards our room, but I could hear him bickering with her like children. 

“I promise to be there on your wedding day. Heck! Do you expect me to be there with you guys for ten days? I have my fiancée with me. Please, I need some privacy.” 

His conversation made me roll my eyes. When did I become his fiancée? As far as I knew, I was his fake girlfriend, and all we had was an incomplete kiss between us. 

My lips still throbbed from his kiss. It wasn’t just a passionate kiss. It was branding. I had no idea a kiss could be so addictive. Ever since we broke the kiss, I couldn’t think of anything else. His announcement to complete the kiss in the privacy of our room sent my body into overdrive.
