“Calm down first. Just come over. Bring Tamara too if you can.”

Damian paused for a moment. “Alright. We’ll be there soon.”

About thirty minutes later, Damian and Tamara arrived. They immediately approached Nathan, who was already waiting.

“What’s going on?” Damian asked directly. “What’s wrong with Elena?”

Nathan looked at them alternately, his eyes appearing tired.

“Elena has regained consciousness,” Nathan said softly.

Tamara immediately smiled in relief. “Thank goodness! Finally! That’s good news, right?”

Nathan nodded slowly. “Yes… but not entirely.”

Damian narrowed his eyes. “What do you mean?”

“Elena… she doesn’t remember me. She thinks she’s still your wife, Damian. She asked about you and your children. Olivia, Katty, Delya.”

Damian’s face changed instantly. His mouth opened, but no words came out.
