Nathan felt that the atmosphere was a little tense. “Chintya, are you going to stay in this town?!”

Chintya winked. “Yes, Nathan. I wish we could reminisce.”

Elena gave Nathan a quick glance. “What kind of nostalgia, huh?”

Chintya laughed. “Take it easy, Elena. I’m not going to take your husband. Unless he comes into my arms.”

Elena smiled widely. But behind that smile, there was a small spark of fire in her chest.

The dinner continued, but Elena’s eyes couldn’t escape Chintya who sat across from her, staring too often at Nathan, touching her hair too often as she laughed.
