Chapter 75. It Won't Be a Pretty Sight When They Return
Enzo had his hands clasped behind his back as he spoke to the crowd. He paced the stage, "I tried to allow room for those who disobeyed me to learn from their mistakes. I tried to be a fair ruler to everyone and only punish when it was necessary. But, tonight my hand has been forced.
