Chapter 17. Lorenzo’s POV

That morning, Lorenzo woke up early. He immediately took out his phone and sent a chat to Blanca.

“Blanca, where are you? Do you want me to take you to your campus?”

Then, he got ready while waiting for a message from Blanca. Until he was about to have breakfast, he didn’t get a message from Blanca at all.

He immediately felt suspicious. “Why hasn’t Blanca replied to my message? What’s wrong? Usually, she’s fast respond.”

Because of that, he immediately asked why Blanca didn’t reply to his messages at all. He thought.

“Ah! Maybe Blanca is busy.”

“That’s enough! I’ll wait another five minutes while having breakfast.”

After breakfast, Lorenzo still didn’t get the message. Hence, he immediately sighed and said in his heart.

“Why are you still not responding until now? I want to go to the office.”

Lorenzo bit his lips because he felt uneasy. Then he said in his heart.

“That’s enough! I don’t have to wait for Blanca’s reply.”
