Chapter 250

Cage opened his eyes as he felt his skin against something soft. He hadn't laid on something soft in a long time. 

He tried to get up but he felt restricted.

“You are awake” McQueen said as he walked towards Cage.

The memory from earlier flooded back towards him as he felt relieved.

“Where is Mira?” Cage asked McQueen.

“Oh, she fell asleep after eating like a horse. She's been very tired” McQueen explained.

Cage yawned widely as McQueen giggled.

“You are hungry. There's food” McQueen responded.

Cage watched McQueen walk off towards the kitchen as he grabbed a flask and plate. He dished out some rice and fish soup.

“Here, I'd feed you” McQueen said.

He walked towards Cage as he assisted him to get up slowly.

“Thank you” Cage said.
