Demetri’s POV

“Cole, I will remove the cath, but I think you need some relief first.”

Numerous sounds at the end of the bed alert me to his activity, but I don’t have a full understanding until Cole relaxes. His head rests against my arm with a slight sigh as the activity near his feet subsides.
