Chapter 81

No matter how long the sun sits in the sky, it would still have to fall to sleep so that the moon could rise.

This is a quote that I made up that keeps me motivated and going despite my circumstances.

It simply means that there will be times in my life when everything will be great, but that doesn’t mean it is going to stay that way forever.

Calamity would still fall, and the evidence that it would pass and sunny days would come again is the fact that it even started.

It never rains forever, so I believe I will not feel the hurt and sadness that I feel now forever. I will heal, and things will get better. I truly believe that.

It is now morning and we are still on the jet plane. When I open my eyes, light from the sun blinds me and I use my hand as a shield.

It is sunrise and the view is magnificent. The golden light from the sun bounces on the clouds, creating an illusion that we are in heaven.

“Wow,” I say lowly to myself as I smile.
