“Because I’m thirsty,” she answered and looked outside again. “Mom, don’t we have a light that can be a torch there?”

“Where?”

She pointed to that dark part of the garden.

“Why? It used to be dark there, Alessa. Is there a problem?”

Alessa didn’t answer immediately and just kept quiet. After a while, she shook her head. “Nothing, Mom. I’m going to my room.” Before she left, she looked there again.

“Dude, we should have been able to get her earlier! We could have gotten her!” said a man wearing black clothes and a bonnet. Another man, who was the driver of a black car, accompanied him.

Annoyed, a man removed the bonnet he was wearing. “Bad luck! We should have gotten the girl! Why did that man suddenly appear?” It was bitter and obviously regretful.

“How about it? What are we going to say, boss?”

“Are you stupid? We didn’t get what we wanted and then are we going to tell the boss? We will both be scolded! You fool.”
