As Edward walked away, Mr. Matt looked up at the apartment and shook his head gently. He feared that this feud was becoming even more profound.
Hiding behind the window curtain, Xavia watched Edward and the luxurious car depart, her eyebrows furrowing tightly.
What happened between them? Who was the person in the car? And what was his true identity?
Although she was usually solid and didn’t care about trivial matters, deep down, she felt that his true identity was not what it seemed. There was an inherent noble aura about him.
It was very likely that he and she were two different beings from different worlds, and in the end, they might have to part ways, right?
