Chapter 36. Traps

As promised, Becca returned to Hertford Manor, sitting on the railing of the balcony along with Alexander. Her dad didn’t say anything to her after she arrived home and instructed her to go to her room. She couldn’t help but wonder that there was something fishy going on, but she forgot all about it once she saw Alexander waiting for her on the balcony.
