Star’s POV

“Are you ready?” My master gently touched my hair.

“I don’t think I can ever be ready,” I frowned at him. “I’m nervous.”

“Don’t be, love. They won’t bite. At least not with me by your side. You don’t have to worry about them at all.”

“But—”

“You are the mother of their prince. You shouldn’t be nervous. If they don’t accept you, it’s their loss.”

“Are you saying they won’t accept me?” I frowned at him. “My—”

“They will accept you, Star. It’s a giving.” My master helped me tie my hair up.

Lym thought it was better to keep it down, but I decided to have it up. I’m not in the mood to be flicking my hair whenever it gets into my face.

“He’s with Lym. She will bring him to the throne room.” He took my hand in his, “let’s go, it’s time to show yourself to your people.”
