Eve

We sat in the dinning eating dinner, Ethan and Max seemed to come often since they heard I’m pregnant although I’m still yet to meet my replacement at Ethan’s cafe.

Grandma Nini and Mom had already had dinner earlier, I waited for Jason to come back and he came with Max, Ethan and Jade who drove him back from wherever he must have gone earlier today.

I turned to my side where Jason sat down and was looking like something was bothering him.

“You’re going to bore holes in his skin if you keep staring at him like that.” Max said to me and I glared at him.

“What? Did I say something wrong?” He asked and continued eating.

“You just don’t know when to shut up, do you?” I said, rolling my eyes.

“Eve, you said you liked men who could cook.” Max said, drawing Jason’s attention.

Jason pouted the moment he heard what Max said.

“Cooking or no cooking, I love you either way.” I said to him,

“Oh my.” Ethan said chuckling
