He had a smug look on his face despite the fact that he wasn’t here as a witness nor as a victim but as an assailant and as a suspect.

He was still smiling and it gave me the creeps.

The police officers who were walking behind him pushed him and dragged him to the cell to lock him up.

“Can I talk to him?” I asked detective Dave and she nodded in response.

They brought him out of the cell and took him to the dark room for investigation.

“Funny how we’re meeting this way, don’t you think?” I smirked and she chuckled.
