Chapter 87. The Meeting

Levi’s POV

A month.

That’s how long it’s been since the goddess decided to play her final trick on us. It has been a month since we learned Lotus is carrying a child, since she lifted the curse of the plague. A few months ago, it would have seemed impossible. A child born of two lycans hasn’t happened in decades. Yet here we are. And while Lotus is not fully lycan it is enough to let us know that the curse is over.

We’ve done everything we can to keep it secret. Only the medics, a few trusted guards, and the three of us know the truth. We talk in code, and whisper behind closed doors, but secrets this big don’t stay buried.
