Chapter 54. From Slave to Omega

Sasha will never be a Slave again.

A relief, and a challenge. Considering there will be several adjustments, not just to the new environment and new benefits, but the way she sees herself too.

Being a Slave has always been her failure in life. Being worthless and being just…nothing. But now—it’s all gone, thanks to the Alpha who saved her.

She may hate him at first, but at least, Alpha Alain made up for his mistake. Unlike Ansel. Unlike Klea.

Perhaps those two have always been the two different sides of the same coin.

“We’ll never be a Slave again!” The Slave beside her, she forgot her name, squealed—literally squealed—in delight.

And the thought alone…she joined the other smiling Slaves. Klea, however, seated on the second row, was frowning. As if she’s unhappy by Alpha Alain’s judgment.

She ignored her. She doesn’t care about her reaction. In fact, she’s happy that her old friend is acting like that.

It means Klea is hiding something
