Chapter 117. Victoria

Oliver traversed dense forests, isolated campsites, dark caves, and even imposing mountains in search of Victoria and the Alpha's pup. His tireless journey seemed endless, and the feeling of helplessness echoed in his mind and heart. He feared the imminent consequences his she-wolf would face once the Lycan king discovered her whereabouts.

In a fortunate twist of fate, the responsibility to hunt them down was assigned to the Beta. Oliver saw this as an opportunity to persuade his mate to return the pup and guide her in her challenging decision to leave the pack. Sniffing the air with agility, Oliver sensed Victoria's presence. She emerged near an imposing rock in front of a cave, staring at him. He understood that his she-wolf wanted to be found by him.

“Victoria…” Oliver said as he approached and stopped in front of her.

“Beta!” she replied, taking a few steps back.
