After the guided tour, we had some free time to explore on our own. We took more photos, marveled at the intricate rock formations, and even dipped our hands in the cool, clear water of the river. The tranquility of the place was soothing, and for a moment, we forgot about the world outside.

“Hey, let’s take a group photo,” I suggested, gathering everyone together. We posed in front of one of the most impressive rock formations, and Fitz set up his phone on a rock to take the picture.

“On three… one, two, three!” Fitz said, and the flash captured our smiles and the breathtaking backdrop.

After that, we stayed for a few more minutes to take more solo pictures. The three of us—Migs, Paige, and I—took turns taking each other’s solo pictures, while Sarah and Fitz took their solo pictures.
