Eriane’s POV

I was able to get out of trouble from sneaking out the other night with Shane and Matt, thanks to CJ. He has always been the savior of my life, despite us being in an ironic relationship now.

There was not a lot that happened when he took me back home, except for the fact that Shane caught us together that morning. She said that she had been waiting for me to come home and made sure that my Dad would not see her, so he wouldn’t ask her about me. It was just perfect timing that she was there, so my Dad would see that I was with her the whole time.

She told me about the chaos that happened back in the club and that there was a fight during the time that they could not find me. I don’t think she was aware of the reason why there was a fight that night, so it was also a good thing. She even apologized for being reckless and for drinking so much that she was not able to take care of me.
