Chapter 16

John’s POV

Currently, I find myself at the dorm with my friends, purposely avoiding staying in the house with my wife, whom I refer to as "that retardy girl." The conversation among my friends turns to Yana, expressing concern about me leaving her all by herself.

Ace informs me, "Bro, I am pretty sure that Yana feels really lonely right now."

"You should just bring her here," Ray advises, "Ace is right, CJ."

I respond, "No way," which silences the room.

Curiosity gets the better of Lucas as he looks out the window and wonders what Yana is doing alone in the house.

Ace decides to go to the terrace to get a closer look at Yana’s activities. Through the glass panes, he observes her cleaning, specifically mopping the living room.

"You have an amazing wife, bro," Mark comments amusedly.

"Shut it," I respond coldly.
