Chapter 19

Victoria stood in front of Mr Smith getting no attention from him. After Clara had informed Mr Smith of Victoria's request to see him, he told her to let her in.

Victoria prayed within herself, hoping things would go according to plan. Having a good work relationship with your colleagues matters a lot and she was ready to start the basics. She thought of their words and understood that she shouldn't be a part as she was a newbie who needed guidance first.

Deborah did make some point but she thought she had spoken with so much disdain and that hurt her. She expected them to have spoken to her in a better way. She planned on also correcting rumors of her and Mr Smith being in a romantic relationship after she has been taken off from the new programming team.

She fidgeted with her nails as she watched Mr Smith work. He had told them to let her in but hadn't given her the attention she needed to tell her the reason she had come to see him.
