Chapter 43. Teaching a Nasty Bitch Her Place

“L-Lance...” Dauphine uttered, shocked by the male’s sudden appearance.

While she was surprised, Lance’s grip around her wrist increased and she winced out in pain.

“Ah, it hurts!”

“Lance that’s enough.” Roxanne said as soon as she recovered from her surprised state and tapped him on the back.

However, Lance totally ignored her and tightened his hold on Dauphine’s wrist.

“I said what do you think you are doing?” He asked again, his voice taking a menacing tone.

Dauphine shivered and tried to pull away. But her attempts were futile.

Seeing as the girl was already shivering in fear and probably regretting her choice of action, Roxanne tried to put the matter to an end.

“Lance, that’s enough...” However her words trailed off as the male looked over his shoulder, throwing a nasty glare in her direction that instantly quieted Roxanne and just as she went silent, Penelope walked back into the scene and her eyes went wide with shock.
