Chapter 31. Deep Talks

We woke up early to the sound of the loud waves outside. Vince was hugging me when I opened my eyes, and it felt delightful. When Vince woke up, he gave me a quick kiss on the lips.

“Good morning, love!” Vince greeted me.

“Good morning,” I replied, looking at him.

Vince quickly got up and went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for us. I stayed in bed, enjoying the comfort of the bed and checking my phone, but the signal was weak. I remembered that I had messaged my father while I was at the airport, and I was relieved that I had done that because there was no signal in the hotel.

While Vince was cooking, I looked through the pictures we had taken already. Vince accidentally posted a photo on social media that he shouldn’t have, and I was shocked when I saw it.

“If your father sees the photos, he might think we’re sweet. But I think you need to delete it,” Vince said.
