Chapter 32. Volleyball

I planned to prepare breakfast since I got up early. I’ll make a simple dish of hotdogs and eggs.
“Okay, Vince will be grateful for that,” I thought to myself as I headed to the kitchen. I also decided to make fried rice to go with the hotdogs and eggs.
As I was preparing the food, Vince woke up and greeted me with a smile.
“Good morning, love,” he said.
“Hey, babe. I’ve made hotdogs and eggs for breakfast,” I said.
“That’s okay, love. I appreciate your effort,” Vince replied, still smiling.
“You’re welcome,” I said as I gave him a hug and kiss.
“Is there any signal here?” Vince asked, checking his phone.
“I’m afraid not. We won’t be able to communicate with anyone at all,” I said.
“Maybe my father is trying to reach me, but there is no signal,” Vince speculated.
“How long have we been here? There are only two days left,” I said, changing the subject.
“So we must take in all the sights of Boracay,” Vince
