Leo laid Alana down very slowly, very carefully, causing Alana to only be able to stare at her husband with raised eyebrows.

"You don't have to treat me like this. I'm not sick, I'm just pregnant," Alana said, making Leo straighten up and fold his arms in front of his chest, looking at his wife with a displeased expression.

"That's exactly why, because you're pregnant, I'm treating you like this. So, you don't need to protest. Just don't get out of bed. If you need anything, call me or the servant. I'll arrange everything for you," Leo said, about to turn around, but Alana immediately grabbed his arm, pulling Leo to sit beside her, trying to reason with her husband who was being overly protective.

"I'm fine. Besides, the doctor has already given me vitamins. A pregnant woman also needs to walk around a lot to keep her and her baby healthy," Alana said, making Leo pause for a moment.
