Chapter 14
A week passed by in a blur.
I never realized it would be this hard. I was finally leaving, and no one could tell how long I would be away; it totally depended on how long the 'Ghost' wanted me there and how long I took to fufill my mission. Being far away from home meant that I would not always be able to see Sebastain, and I felt an ache in my chest at that.
Home. That's what this layer had become for me and for my fellow members. Home.
Even if Set visited or I sneaked out to meet him, I wouldn't be able to spend as much time with him as I wished to. I would have to be extra careful. All this hadn't occurred to me when I was coming up with the plan for 'The Ghost'. A part of me regretted coming up with this.
