Chapter 37. Temptation (2)

Because it was still daylight, Avita could see everything so clearly, and the scenic image was simply outstanding. 

Each villa was built on a large enough plot of land that a farmer could produce a variety of crops and never go hungry. The car did not fit in with the surroundings, but it was also appropriate for the occasion. 

Her heart was racing like crazy at the prospect of finally meeting the man she had tried so hard not to think about for the past two weeks. The car slowly made its way to a property that was quite remote and isolated from the others. The large garden loaded with a variety of flowers was the first thing she noticed on the path leading to the villa. 

The floral aroma permeated the air, making breathing easier. A huge fountain with a goddess statue stood tall and majestic in the garden, taking her breath away. The fountain formed a circle that cars could drive around to get to the front of the villa.
