Chapter 61. Her Suspicions

“Vroom, vroom.” 

The trees swayed from left to right as the car drove down the road. The sound of the wind and traffic accompanied her as she made her way toward a location where she was still unsure whether this was real or not. 

Lucilla drove straight into this peaceful neighborhood she had heard about but had never visited. Thandani wasn’t a place that was on par with where she was used to living. 

However, based on the gorgeous residences, she could discern that the neighborhood was far superior to slum or high-density districts. So, the place was quite good.

House prices in this neighborhood should range between 600,000 to a million Drynis. This was nothing in comparison to what she was used to, but the fact that she was driving into Thandani to visit a friend made her suspect her friend. How could she afford to live in such a neighborhood? 

But because her friend wasn't present, she couldn't ask her and had to wait till she arrived at
