“Hello, Alfonso! Did you really believe you had won?” Waai mocked in the video playing on the Android screen.
The moment they had brought magically asleep Iris, back into the castle and rested her peacefully in Dom’s chambers, he made a beeline to Y’s dungeon, only to find a smartphone nestled on a bloody velvet cushion where starving Y was supposed to be. It was this android that had been playing the current video for the past hour as Dom clenched and unclenched his fists, exhaling smoke through his human nostrils and on the thin line of crossing the limit of control.
The facts were clear, Y had escaped, and he had inside help, so that meant they had traitors in their midst.
