Riya’s POV

I was deep in thought as I arrived at a table in the food court.

“What have you been doing for so long?” Harsh asked, his tone tense.

As I came out of my trance, I said, “I was in the restroom.”

Harsh observed, pointing to the coffee mug on the table, “Your black coffee has now become chilly.”

I picked up the coffee mug and downed the full contents all at once.

“Can we go back home now?” I asked after wiping my lips and placing the coffee mug on the table.

As they stood from their seats, Harsh and Rachit shook their heads.

I attempted to raise all of my shopping bags without help, but I was unsuccessful because of the large number of bags.

Harsh snatched my hand and said, “Wait a minute, let me get some bags.”
