Riya’s POV

I approached Rachit and snatched the file from his grip, and tossed it across the table in front of him.

“Riya, what are you doing?” He asked aggressively, his gaze fixed on me.

“What am I doing? Oh, my goodness. You’re interrogating me before telling me what you’re doing.” I said vehemently.

“I’m sitting peacefully reading my paperwork,” he remarked, a cheeky grin on his face.

I responded by placing a hand on his shoulder.

“Riya, what are you doing?” He was astonished to see me and asked.

I said, standing between the table and the couch, “I’m doing what you want.”

He attempted to persuade me, but I refused.

“Shut up.”

“I want nothing like this.”
